The West Virginia Office of Energy is excited to announce the Department of Energy funded Home Energy Rebates (HER) and Home Energy Appliance Rebates (HEAR)! These historic funding streams will bring approximately $88 million to West Virginia Residents to install energy efficient technologies and perform upgrades to existing structures that will help cut down on energy costs. NOTE: Currently, the State of West Virginia has only received Early Administrative Funding to assist in the planning phase of these programs for submission of its application.
